Our founders

Two perspectives. One shared vision.

SOHMA was created by Ashley Wolfe-Elder and Katey Lockwood from a shared belief that physical strength and inner wellbeing should never be treated as separate goals.

Ashley brings a lifelong commitment to movement, creativity, design and sustainable health. Katey brings deep experience in mindfulness, psychology, human behaviour and personal growth.

Together, they created a method that supports the whole person.
